Have you ever heard of “Guitar Hero”? If you have not, please let me know which corner of the planet you are living on. It seems to be “everywhere” these days. Kids play along with their favorite songs via an electronic device…and they love it. But what if the kids happen to be out and about and away from an electrical outlet? Help!!! “Miniature Guitar Hero” to the rescue. This fantastically portable electronic device operates on batteries, and is only 6″ long. It has a fold-down neck for easy transport, 5 wav tone buttons, and a “whammy bar” to sustain those long notes. It comes packed with hit songs (taken from both Guitar I or Guitar II)…songs like: “Smoke on the Water”, “You’ve Got Another Thing Coming”, “Killer Queen”, and “Surrender”. It will accommodate the level of any player, from the mere beginner to the incredibly advanced (there are 5 levels of play in all). Check this little gem out…

Just about every little girl loves Barbie dolls. When shopping for that special princess, you can’t go wrong with a Barbie Holiday Doll. Barbie dolls are perfect gifts for any occasion, but the holiday version is truly one that will appreciated and cherished.
For every little girl who dreams of being a princess there is no better present than a Barbie doll. And the queen of all Barbie’s is the Barbie doll. With her fairy tale dress and glittering jewelry, this is the one gift that every little girl dreams of opening on Christmas morning. If you want to see your special girl’s face light up with joy, then this is the gift to give.
Of course you don’t have to be a little girl to appreciate the beauty of a Barbie holiday doll. Just about everyone who collects dolls has a couple of the holiday Barbie’s for past holiday seasons. These dolls grow in value especially when they are unopened and in mint condition. If fact, this is a great gift for that person on your list who is an avid collector because each new year brings a new collectible Barbie doll.

Just about the easiest thing to get someone close to you is a gift basket. But this is not because all gift baskets are thoughtless: it is because you can put as much thought into them as you like. In addition, you will get the satisfaction of giving them not one, but a number of small things that they desire and quite likely will use a lot. But what about shopping for gift baskets for kids? Can you package items for those three to seven year olds in your family? Will they even appreciate a gift basket? If you put enough effort into wrapping and arranging the gift basket, as well as give serious consideration as to what to put into the basket as well, they will love it. It certainly is much better than purchasing them a gift they won’t like and will toss aside and completely forget about.
My friend has a lot of young family members, many of them below eight years old. She firmly believes that arranging gift baskets for the kids is the best way to give gifts. Like many, she had difficulty deciding what to give them and their parents would almost always get them gifts like video games and other toys. She also does not believe that video games are good for children as it makes them spend too much time in front of the television set.

The Nerf Raider CS 35 is the latest (and greatest ?) blaster gun to arrive from the NERF factories. It’s an innovation on previous guns because it has a rapid fire option that does not require batteries to work. It’s a bit like a semi-automatic or pump action dart gun. This is bound to give you the decisive advantage in any nerf war you may be planning this year or the next. Here is a short outline of what you can expect of your Raider CS35 gun.
The common drawback with a full on nerf war was a limited firepower. Sure, you could carry a few darts with you and reload but there was nothing akin to automatic fire. This has changed with the CS-35.
It belongs to the N-Strike line of guns, meaning it is not a velcro tipped dart. It can be easily adjusted in the stock so that anyone can fire it comfortably. It looks like your classic Nerf blaster but it has a drum magazine attached. The magazine will take up to 35 darts.

Almost every year, there seems to be at least one toy that stores can’t seem to keep stock of. In years past, we’ve seen the craze has been for toys likeTickle Me Elmo, Cabbage Patch Kids or Webkinz. This year, the rage is all about Zhu Zhu pets.
The idea behind Zhu Zhu Pets is a interactive toy in the form of a pet hamster, with no mess or risk of losing the pet. This little critter is lively and life-like by being integrated with technology to produce both real hamster sounds and real hamster-like motions.
But should you bother getting one? Live hamsters themselves are relatively low in price, although if you decide to accessorize, you might find yourself spending a bit more than you expected. Most people can see a pro in not having to worry about how rough a kid is playing with it or having to change the cage. But some have presented concern that this toy is fails to teach children any sense of responsibility has far as pets are concerned.

The night before Christmas, Christmas Eve, is a very magical and special time of the year. Children are “wide-eyed” with anticipation on what tomorrow will bring. They have been waiting for this time of the year for a long, long time, and it is finally here. Christmas Eve traditions differ in various countries around the world, and in this article we will be exploring some of these traditions.
This big night has been a long time in the planning. Santa and his little helpers have been working tirelessly throughout the year to get ready for just this moment. Taking all these gifts around the world to all the good boys and girls can work up quite the appetite. Children to the rescue. They understand that Santa needs nourishment to complete such a huge task, so they leave him a little something to keep him going. Kids from Britain and the United States will leave out a plate of cookies and a glass of milk. British and Australian children prefer to leave mince pies and sherry. Hoping to satisfy Santa’s love of chocolate, kids from Sweden will leave brownies.
